Payment

Paypal only is accepted in this store.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS will be charged Sales Tax on all purchases. An invoice will be submitted for full payment as taxes vary by county. If you pay prior to receiving a tax invoice, an additional invoice will be submitted for payment prior to shipping.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS. If your country charges a Value Added Tax (VAT) on imported goods, these charges are the Buyers responsibility to pay. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs and fees levied by the destination country for the pruchage. All charges for customs clearance will be borne by the Buyer/Recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for detailed information. Customs clearance produres can cause delays in delivery outside of our control.

1. WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

Nohline L'Ecuyer Art Jewelry will be what’s known as the “Controller” of the personal data you provide to us.
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

When you provide us with personal information to create an account, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, on your account page by using our contact us form

Shipping

All items ship First Class Mail via USPS with Delivery Confirmation. All packages ship within 3 business days of receipt of payment unless otherwise noted. All international shipments require customs forms which are required to completed truthfully, with full invoice value and contents noted on the form. Customs and excise taxes are based on the laws of the Buyers country and Seller is not responsible for same. Seller will NOT label a U.S. Customs Form as "gift". International Buyers must allow seven (7) weeks for delivery.

Priority, Express Mail and Insurance are available at additional cost, upon request.

Gift boxes are available free of charge, however may require additional shipping charges. Please request information at time of order.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want all of my customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy, please contact me immeidiately and perhaps we can work something out to your satisfaction. If not, items can be returned, no questions asked, for a full refund, excluding shipping, within 14 days of purchase.
